Refunds/Exchanges No returns are currently being accepted due to the nature of the products sold and current safely precautions. The Regal Me will, however, respond to any product concerns and issues. Please send an email within 48 hours of delivery and a photocopy of the packing slip and product along with a brief statement. Credits will be allotted on a per-case basis.
